Can Thyroid Cause Pain In Neck,legs, And Head?

I have a large lump at the base of my neck between my shoulder blades lots of pain in my legs and my body neck and face are bigger than normal but arms and legs are skinny I was diagnosed with hypothyrodism last year I now suffer with head aches and have produced milk for 8 years Is this all connected to having thyroid thank you

Yes. Sometimes having a large or inflamed thyroidf
Gland produce pain in neck and shoulder etc.
However the headache and milk production etc are something which should be looked it to. Check prolactin levels. Prolactin can be elevated in hypothyroidism itself but since you have headache etc you need to consider other issues. Consult am endocrinologist
