Can Thyrox Get Absorbed In The Body After 20 Mins As Vomited After That Time?

As per the doctor advice Iam taking thyrox 50mcg medicine for thyroid at the morning if I did not take even one day there is a chance of stop baby heartbeat :(. Today I have taken in the morning after 20min I vomited. I dono whether the medicine is in stomach or not. Kindly advice... :(

Noted the history of you taking thyrox 50 in the morning daily, you have vomited after 20 minutes of consuming and do not know whether the medicine is in vomit or in the stomach. You also want to know whether missing a single dose can stop baby's heart.
I can understand your concerns well.
The good news is that you have not seen the medicine in the vomit means it is most probably absorbed.
Secondly, Thyrox acts for 3 - 5 days. So no need to repeat the medicine, the last dose of yesterday and may be of today is already working.
So stop worrying. Do not repeat the dose of today.
Continue same dose from tomorrow.
