Can Tingling In Hands/feet,nausea,dizziness,fatigue, Palpitations, Plugged Ear Be Symtoms Of Heart Problem?

Hi, I am 22 years old. I have a chronic case of hypokalemia. Cause is unknown..... Because of this, I suffer from frequent tingling in hands and feet (probably due to poor circulation)... Because of my condition I also suffer from Constant nausea and dizziness, exhaustion, fatigue, dehydration, Indigestion, heart burn, heart palpations, Ect... My weight and digestive system are also affected by my fluctuating potassium levels. I have been perscibed to take daily oral supplements of potassium and magnesium. Today I have been suffering from plugged ears that come and go and chest pains. I do not have a cold (no congestion) and I have not been swimming recently. Could this be a sign of heart problems?????

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You need more investigations for proper assessment and assistance
At this age, the most likely cause is GENETIC (Inheritance / Birth defect)
Low potassium does not cause chest pain / it causes arrhythmias…
A multi-speciality Tertiary Care Hospital alone is equipped with extensive facilities for specific and special testing…

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
