About a year ago, my jaw began to pop. I do not experience any pain because of it; however, it is audible, and I ve become very self-conscience of it! In the late 70s, I had braces on the top teeth only. The orthodontist extracted a few teeth at that time. I think I heard someone say that the tooth extraction was not necessary and might be the root of the problem. Is this serious? What can be done to correct the problem?
