In 2009 I had a failed root canal. I have been in constant pain since then. Within days I had a stroke followed by many heart issues. I was told not to try to solve the tooth pain because of infection. Recently I was given the go ahead to address the tooth pain and the dentist discovered long file in my tooth area. Could this hav been a reason for the stroke?
Dear friend, according to me tooth pain or infection can not lead to stroke directly. Stroke will be due to clot in arteries or due to high pressure in brain vessels, so most common cause will be related to cardiocardiovascular. Tooth pain in rarest of the rare cases due to intence pain spasm may happen in brain vessels.
