Can Trauma Cause Nose Bleeds And Shivers?

Hello , I have been experiencing nose bleeds and shivers since last night. Can this be caused by a traumatic experience and severe crying? But I am finding the nose bleeding is continuous followed by cold shivers and headaches. Would you kindly time me what it could be?

I really appreciate your concern, such history of epistaxis could be due to cold condition (Rhinitis) and no other reason could be there and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
