Can Typhoid Vaccination Be Taken In View Of The Respiratory Virus?

I have had bad cold and and upper respiratory virus... I finished antibiotics and prednazone four days ago. I have appointment to get Typhoid vaccination today. I don't have fever but I still have cough and take inhaler. Is it safe to have the vaccination done today?

Hi...it is safe to take vaccination. Even otherwise, cough and cold and vomiting and loose stools are never a contraindication to take any vaccination. You can go ahead with the vaccination.

It is safe to get vaccination today if total duration of prednazone ( is it prednisolone) is less than 2 weeks low doses . I can better answer your question if
I know exact duration and doses of medicine used.
