Hi My mother is 89 she has angina and an underactive thyroid which she has had for many years. She is obviously slowing down, but goes out most days and is socially very active. What will happen to stop her doing this? Will she suddenly have a heart attack?

In my opinion it is unlikely to cause heart attack , you are describing signs of parkinsonism , I recommend you consult a neurologist
