Can Upper Back Pain Be Related To Liver Problem?

I'm having pains in the upper back right side of my body and was wondering if you could tell me if it could be related to my liver at all? I was in a car accident 2 year this thanksgiving and had a laserated liver and am a little concerned. I didn't need surgery but still have concerns

i understand your concerns but upper back pain can not be due to liver only severe stomach pain will cause.... that will be due to some muscular strain only as you said car accident so that still muscles are in healing stage so we have to give some time for healing
