General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In general, fluid in the middle ear should not cause dizziness.

It definitely causes hearing loss in the affected ear.

There are many other causes for dizziness or headache.

You need to be evaluated by your gp, possibly an ENT specialist, and possibly a neurologist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
