Can You Explain The Transvaginal Ultrasound Report? Am I Pregnant? On Contraceptive

Hi, doc,
I'm using A contraseptive ,I finished the true pill and the other 7,..and until now I Dinnot have my perd is already 23 days now,.. I had a transvagina ultrasound last Wednesday,..

And This is the report,..
Uterus is anterverted and normal in size measuring 6.5x5.6x3.6 cm, myometrial echopattern is homogeneous.
No focal lesion seen.
Endometrial stripe is 4.0cm in thickness.
Cervix is long and closed.
Both ovaries are normal in size. 3.2x1.8 cm on the right and 3.0x2.0cm on the left.
Note of subcentimeter peripherals. Follicles in evidence steins seen bilaterally.
No adnexal mass seen,.. What does it mean?am I. pregnant? Please help me to understand,.. Thank and Goodness!

thanks for your query.
The ultrasound report clearly rules out a pregnancy.
There is some typing error towards the end of the report, and probably you are having polycystic ovaries which are causing the delayed periods.
Please see your gynecologist.
But you are definitely not pregnant, do not worry.
