Can You Take Glucose Water In Diabetes ?
Dear Sir, I[45 years] and my wife[40 years] both are diabetic. from last 2 months its very sultry over here and would remain the same for the next 3 months. We feel tired and run down by evening and do not have energy to do any work. We take tablet for Diabetes , BP and acidity in the mornings. Can we take one glass of glucose water Or due to our age should we take some energy tablets, if yes, can you please suggest ?

dear thanks for choosing health care magic.See in hot and humid climate please take small frequent meals and plenty of liquids.Check your sugar again.direct glucose in not advisable because it can increase the sugar level drastically.You can have light snacks in evening or serving of fruit instead.Please talk to your doctor and get vitamins if he advises.ok buy.
