Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was on Zoloft for about 8 years and been off it for about 2 years, in the last year my family has noticed head tremors. I don t even know that im having them. But lately more people have been noticing them. Could the Zoloft have caused this or its it something else.
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Having head tremors might be related to various neurological issues including Parkinson's disease or seizures.
A further consultation with neurologist is needed together with running EEG and Ct-Scan of the head to find out the right cause. Depending on the findings, specific treatment will be prescribed.
