Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having a lot of body aches and pains and very lethargic. This happens to me every time I have more than the normal going on in every day life. A breakup or a move or big stressful situations. Sometimes seems to be related to even my menstrual cycle. But it happens at least every 3 months, or more. I do not have a fever every time. I also tend to sneeze alot during this time. I seem to get a very low grade one sometimes. I had a splenectomy 13 years ago, but I keep up with my vaccinations. I am just curious is this just my immune system being weak or could something else be going on? I am wondering if maybe it s not just me not having a spleen but maybe fibromyalgia? Please let me know what you think or can come up with.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Anuj Dan's Response
Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
Well the simple diagnosis would be that you suffered from hypoglycemia at those moments, so try not to skip any meals. Another common cause could be that you have anemia, when was the last time you had your blood work checked? If it was a long time ago, I recommend you see a doctor and have yourself checked for anemia.
I hope this answered your question.
