Cause For Delay In Periods?

Hi, I am Richa 35 Yrs. My LMP was 27th Jan 2014. After that in Feb end, I was getting a cramping and a feeling that I will get my dates asap. But I did not. I did a Beta HCG test around 20th March and it was negative. I then had Deviry 10mg, 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days. I have not got my periods since then. But I am getting small clottings everyday in the morning. But no proper flow. Can you please advise.
