I have like a patch of something in the corners of my lips. It almost looks like hundreds of small bumps that are grouped together as a patch or some kind of scarring. I get fever blisters. Could it be some type of scarring from that? Also, I have performed oral sex before, could it be some kind of mouth disease? It never goes away. There is no oozing or crust like fever blisters just a patch of something in the corners of my lips on the top and bottom of the corners. The patch is not red it's almost the same color as my lip but maybe a hair lighter. There is no pain associated with it either. I have tried looking up herpes and warts on the mouth and it doesn't look like nothing in the pictures. I really don't think it's herpes cause it never goes away and there are no blisters like a fever blister does.Any info on this or if you could send pics with what you think this is would be very appreciated. I even wondered if it might be a fungal thing.
thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the white patch could be angular chelitis or candidal infection or anemic stomatitis. angular chelitis occur due to decreased vertical dimension because of missing teeth which are not replaced. the fungal infection can occur because of your decreased immunity. anemic stomatitis can occur because of nutritional deficiency. consult a oral physician and get yourself examined. you can take topical antifungal agents like candid mouth paint. i hope my answer will help you take care.
