Cause Of Painful Lump On The Neck Which Hurts On Eating/ Drinking? Feel Tired, Appetite Changed ,voice Comes And Goes.

I have a small lump on my neck on the left side. First I was like a spot under the skin but its bigger in size, hurts when I eat and drink. My voice comes and goes. Am getting more tired snd my appetite has changed rapidly. I have lost weight and eveb though I feel better for losing it. I know something is behind it
