Cervical Spondylosys Patient. Felt Unconscious While Playing. Many Tests Conducted. Diagnosis?

I like to inform you that few days ago(on 27th Jan) while I was in field with a little cricket game(I batting for just 2 or 3 minute in the field) suddenly for a little second I become unconscious on the ground, I also inform you that this type unconsciousness I face previously 2/3 times but not on the field but it was happened in toilet in the morning.. As per advise from local doctor I have made ECG, EEG ,ECO CARDIO(all report are alright) & LIPID PROFILE ,FASTING report .Report of the same are attached herewith. I also inform u that I am a old Cervical Spondylosys patient..At present my age about 45 years. After this incident I take coversyl 4mg & atorva 10mg recently as per advise of the local doctor.what to do now & what type of investigation are require?

hi
your symptoms suggest it may be neurocardiogenic syncope/ situational syncope.
So you have to evaluate for that with tilt table testing and other tests like carotid doppler , holter analysis.
so consult a cardiologist / neurophysician and investigate forther.
