Chances Of Heart Attack When The Heart At 35% Working Capacity?

hello doc! I had a echocardiogram 2 weeks ago and my doctor told me the results. My heart is only working at 35% capacity and im taking pradaxa and Metoprolol - what are my options cause my doc said im at high risk of having a heart attack and stroke.

Dear sir

It is unfortunate to tell you that, you are a high risk patient for heart attacks.

Normal Echocardiogram ejection fraction should be more than 60 percent. It means if the ejection fraction is below the recommended levels, then certainly the coronary circulation pattern will be hampered.

If there is inadequate circulation in the coronary arteries, certainly there is risk of heart attacks

It is recommended to increase the ejection fraction by using digoxin or lanoxin. please consult your cardiologist.
