Chest And Back Pains A Lot. Prone To Shingles. What Now?

The right side of my chest and right side of my back aches and hurts when I breathe. I feel run down and I just developed shingles in my mouth. I also have a dull headache . I am prone to the Shingles when I am run down but have not had them in a a few years. I had chicken pox late in life at the age of 29, I am a 44 year old woman now.
