Chest Hurting Beside Heart

i have like this pain inside my chest inbetween my bust and it is inside im worried it might be heart problems.i feel like its crushing my heart but only when i kinda lay down slowly and crouch my chest in it hurts bad..help i dont exercise much and im only 13 years old..what do i have

It sounds like you've had an injury/stress to the sternum, or perhaps coming down with bronchitis. But to be on the safe side, you should have your mother take you to the ER, especially if you have shortness of breath or pain in your shoulder or arm.
