Chest Pain Following An Accident. ECG, X-ray And MRI Came Clear. Prescribed Antibiotics And Painkillers. No Relief.
I was fall an bus accident 5 months ago. and I was in front line sit . After hitting bus I almost twisting and fall like my head down and leg up. Then I fill too much pain in my chest. Doctor did lot of test like ECG, Chest X-ray ,Chest MRI etc. but they did not find anything serious. Give me some antibiotic and painkiller. Now my problem is when I wake up in morning , I feel too much pain in my chest front and back side. Sometimes I feel pain in my heart also. Please give me good advice .
From your query, it looks like there is a little possibility of sustaining a cervical or dorsal spine injury because of falling head down and legs up. You might be experiencing referred pain due to some compression of nerves in your cervical region and dorsal spine. The nerves originate from the spine and can get compressed any where along their route. Your pain in the heart may actually be coming from some other place and you appreciate it as coming from the heart region.
A X ray of the cervical spine and consultation with an orthopedician may help. Do inform your doctor if you have any neck pain and pain radiating to your hands.
Hope this helps
