hi,
you seem to have symptoms of gastritis and dyspepsia ..
first of all you need to make a note about the pattern of the pain.
like if you get before food or after food, or increases after spicy food, if it increases when your in stress, all this will us to know the root cause of your gastritis.
for treatment you need to change certain habits .
sleep and wake up at same time every day .
sleep within one hr after having dinner at night.
no spicy food at al, reduce meat intake eat more vegetables, fruits drink 3-4 liters of water everyday
eat yoghurt /curd daily . during pain take antacids when you take antacid do not take milk and milk products.
follow these instructions. it takes around 2-3 weeks for gastritis pain to reduce. if the is too much you must visit hospital to get ecg and endoscopy done
thank you

General & Family Physician Dr. S. Jegadeesan's  Response
Considering your age, height, weight, habits and the complaints it could not be Cardiac
Any how take an ECG and consult a cardiologist.
Mostly it is gatric pain only - gastritis is associated with burping because of indigestion
Regular frequent, bland diets, avoiding chilly items, proper sleep are advised
Un prescribed medicines - be cautious.

hello madam, i think this pain is due to acidity,so avoid oily and spicy food , avoid meat and chicken also. you can use mefenic acid plus dicyclomine combination for pain and rabeprazole plus domperidone combination once daily for few days
