Chest Pain Radiating To Back, Nausea, Dizzy, Sweating. Reasons ?

Hi doctor grief I wanted to ask u a question about something that going on with me I been having problem with chest pain that i have it s just not in one side it comes on both the right and left side of my chest and sometime to my back and I get nausea and dizzy, sweating I got my heart check out but everything is normal do u kno anything else it could be I m 6 2 and weight 200 and I m 26 years old

Hi Greetings to you, this pain what you have describe can be because of acidity i.e. stomach ulcers or because of pancreatitis. You can take tablet Pantoprazole (generic name) 40mg before breakfast.
