Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath, Burping, Symptoms Of What Illness ?

Hi, for the last week and a half I have been having chest pains, shortness of breath and have been burping. What is this and how do I get rid of it? Should I go to the hospital?

Well, those symptoms are alerting taking into account your age, your level of fitness, if there is a positive family history of any coronary artery disease (e.g. heart attacks).

You should have a check up ASAP; this could give your doctor a clue to differentiate simple and non-life threatening diagnosis (Like simple gastroesophageal reflux disease) from others.
