General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Any history of cardiac illness?
Is your chest pain on the left/right/centre?
Any history of fever, cough, cold etc.?

I would advise you to visit your doctor, as you might need to get an X ray done.

However, in the meantime I would advise you to take a Paracetamol three times a day.
Drink plenty of warm water (at least 8-10 glasses a day)
Steam inhalation 3 times a day
Warm saline gargles 3 times a day.

I hope I have answered your question. Please do get back to me if you have further queries.

Get well soon :)

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
