Chest Pain, Teeth And Gum Pain, Heart Palpitations, Increased Heart Rate. Abnormal ALT And AST

My doctor is currently doing a workup but isn t offering much insight, until he gets labwork back. I am 29, went to the ER on Monday due to chest pains, aching teeth and gums, and heart palpitations. My heart rate while at home was between 187-191, for an extended period of time. When I got to the ER I felt better, but my heart rate, although it felt that it returned to normal, was still around 140 and over a few hours reduced to 120, and eventually 100. I am a non-drinker, no drugs, all blood work came back normal with exception of ALT (146) and AST (175). I have experienced these palpitations since I was 14 and have had EKGs and ECGs done to no avail, as there was not an episode while I was being monitored. New bloodwork checking for hep A/B/C were all negative

I believe u should also put down your CBC counts to know whether there is anything abnormal. Your AST and ALT being so high with u being not an alcoholic and hepatitis profile also negative can be either hep E or hep D. The other things that needs to be looked into are things like a thorough cardiac workup.
