Chest Pain While Inhaling, Spinning Head Usually Afternoon. Chest Ct Scan Normal. Serious?

Hi Dr I have a problem of chest pain when i take air and have spinning head problem I check with chest especialliest and did chest ct scan but there is no problem in chest but in the afternoon after 3/4pm I feel headache like my body spinning until I take my dinner and go to bed but when wake up in the morning I am ok but after afternoon same problem I want to know what disease cause this?

thanks for the query

for me your problems looks like two different problems the chest pain you are describing is called pleuritic chest pain which has multiple causes since you got a c.t chest which was normal all major candt can be ruled out...you can jus take analgesic like paracetmol for that nad breathing exercisews for that...and the second prob looks like ear prob which will cause giddiness...you can take tab.XXXX XX mg for symptomatic releif and consult a ENT specialist
