Chest Tightness, Pain In Left Shoulder, Forearm. High CK Levels. Applying Heat Packs. Can It Be From The Bone?

Hi, I came out from the hospital for 4 days now due to chest tightness and pain in left shoulder and forearm. Lots of X-ray, MRI, Altra sound, and so many blood tests done as well but everything came fine but the only blood test that shown my CK is very high but all the doctors can not find the answer to that blood test. my shoulder down to my left forearm still aching, very uncomfortable feeling I have to apply deep heat and put hot pack on it to ease off the aching. The aching is coming from deep within can it be my bone....??

Many thanks

Lilian

hi lilian
your question to my mind is posted wrongly

chest tightness, chest discomfort and chest pain with pain radiating to the left arm is a sign of cardiac disease

the confirmatory tests are ecg, echo, ck-mb and troponin i
of these you say ck is high

i would suggest you meet a cardiologist as soon as possible
they may want to do a troponin i, a stress echo and a coronary angiography

please dont take this lightly
meanwhile start tab ecosprin 150 mg daily
and tab clopitab 75 once daily at bed time
this with tab nitroglycerine 2.6 mg once daily may help you
in case you develop gastritis, use tab ranitidine 150 mg twice daily

and please meet your local cardiologist immediately

best of luck
(please note, i have no idea from your query of other existing problems you may have)
