Chest Tightness, Pain In Lower Neck, Mild Fever, Nasal Congestion, Dry Cough. History Of Asthma. Treatment?

My chest feels tight and heavy as well as my lower neck . I went to the doc today thinking it was my asthma however I don t think so now. I m not wheezing after taking my medication. I was running a slight fever of 99.7 earlier. My nose is slightly congested. I have a dry cough. And I can t sleep due to the heaviness in my chest. It hasn t gone away and has worsened since saturday(3 days ago) what do you think is wrong?
