Chest X Ray Done After By Pass Surgery. Metal Wire Could Be Seen At Collar Bone. Little Piece Were All Over The Heart. Where They Pieces Of Metal?

Hi I just had a chest xray done after quad bypass surgery . When we looked at the xray the only metal wire that we could see was at my collar bone . No other rings were visible. But around my heart there looked as if little piece were all over. The tech said that is were the arteries were cut. Is this true or could those be piece of metal.
