Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
The residual fibrosis is a clinical term to describe a finding on chest X Ray when there is infiltrative shadows on the x ray but no symptoms of disease.
The finding is supposedly a result of a tuberculosis infection or a fungal infection like histoplasma.
the foreign offices can resect the applications on the ground that the patient may be a carrier or may have reactivation of disease and can spread to others.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
