Child. Bruise On Cheekbone With Small, Hard Bump. History Of Fall. Possible Broken Bone Not Healed?

my daughter fell two weeks ago and bruised her cheekbone. the bruise has finally faded, but my husband just touched her cheek and there is a bump the size of a pea. it feels hard like a bone, but isn't noticeable just looking at her because she is 4 years old and it is right in the puffy part of her cheek. What could this be? Is it a bone that actually broke and didn't heal correctly? Or is it some kind of a cyst?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
There is knot like formation in tissues during natural healing process and it may go away in few days.
If there is fracture then there is much tenderness and pain on touch in the area
