Dear Doctor - My son is two years old, weight 11 Kg often suffered with cold & cough. Chest X-Ray PA says: 1. Pulmonary Marking are mildly accentuated 2. Trachea is in the mid-line 3. The cardiac shadow is normal in size & configuration 4. The domes of diaphragm are smooth in outline 5. The costophrenic angles are acute 6. Both hila are normal in position, size, contour & Density. 7. The lung fields show no active lesion Blood Report: IgE 120 IU/ml (0-3 years range 0-46) CRP: 3.7 mg/L (normal less than 3.8) Hb: 12.6 gm/dl Total Erythrocytic Count : 4.27 Milion per C mm Total Leucocyte count 9600 (range: 4000-0000) Neutrophils : 36% Lymphocytes: 57% monocytes: 2% Eosinophils 5% Basophils: 0% & ESR 27
He has been prescribed 5 ml of Augmentin Duo 3.3 gm/30 ml liquid for 6 days & Leveta M
