Child. High Fever, Cold, Runny Nose. Prescribed Meftal, Calpol, Kefpod, Cetrizine. Right Medication?

hi doctor,

my kid is 1.5 year old , he has cold bit running nose and high feaver,
when I went to doctor in multispecaility hosp she gave mefal, calpol, kefpod, cetizine and asked to give mefal and calpol every 6 hours. yesterday he had around 101degree. can we give the medicine that much frequently? will it be overdose for him.

These are right medications and you should continue them till 5 days.
Calpol can be given frequently in case of fever.
If the fever gets settle down then no need of it .
Yes its safe medication in safe dosage.
