This is generally due to a small cyst under the skin and the eyebrow is a common site. unless it grows to a size that interferes with her vision or is cosmetically bothersome you don't need to worry. If it has to be removed it is a simple outpatient procedure usually.

donot interfere with it
usually it settle on it's own

however if it's size increase or it become painful then consult your doctor

she also seems to have deficiency anaemia

i advise you to check her hemoglobin level

improve her diet

give meat,vegetables and fruits

give iron supplements after consulting your doctor

I feel your child should be examined by your doctor as it is difficult to comment on the exact cause of that lump with out examination.

There could be various causes of tiredness. Normally children in that age group are active and full of energy. If they show tiredness a physical examination by your doctor is definitely required to arrive at a diagnosis. Various causes like anemia can cause such problem in children.
