Child. Sneezing Problem, Difficulty In Breathing Through Nose, Bad Breath. No Help From Oral Products. Suggest

My son is 6 y/o and wakes up sneezing every morning. Sometimes 10-12 times back to back. He's been on Zyrtec for a year now and it doesn't seem to be helping. He also has a had time breathing through his nose alot of the time. And a couple of months ago, he developed really bad breath. We have had the dentist rule out any issues and I've tried all kind of oral products to help with no improvement. Can you lead me in the right direction?

Your child seems having an allergic issue as it is looking like allergic rhinitis.

Some allergies are seasonal and some are through out the year.

Try to find out any allergen causing this problem.

There are many reasons for bad breath like dental, sinus, respiratory, and throat infections.

Maintain good oral hygiene of the child.

Investigations like CBP, absolute eosinophil count, serum IgE levels, X-ray of paranasal sinuses to be done to rule underlying allergic and sinus conditions.
