Child Bends Her Knee While Walking Post Fall, Has Severe Swelling On Knee. What Should Be Done?

Hi, my 7 year old daughter fell off her bicycle about 5 hours ago. Since then she hasnt walked or bent her left knee much. I thought just tender & a lil scraped, but now, it is super swollen & she cant bend it at all without screaming. What should I do? Do I take her to ER or could it wait till morning? I hate seeing her in pain like this.

Hai,you can apply ice or cold pack on the swollen area and keep the leg lifted this may reduce the pressure and even after that the swelling hasn't reduced that may indicate fracture of the left knee.consult an orthopedic hope your daughter get wells soon.
