Child Complaining Vaginal Hurting, Red Clitoris. What Should I Do?
Babysitting 3 yr old granddaughter who s is potty trained. She has been complaining of her vagina hurting. I just looked and her clitoris is really red and well as inside vagina. When I bath her, never use soap there just wash warm water. I wondered if she s scratched herself? Her mother left creme here triamcinolone acetonide 1 percent.

I also think the same. She might have hurt herself. Or it will be some bite by an insect. No, do not use that cream. I hope it will go by itself. If persists, consult your doctor.
