Child Could Not Cry After Her Feed. Suggested Due To Gas. Gave Colimax. How Should Be The Pat Done?
when we feed her, after sometime yesterday, she was not able to cry. We paniced, did not understand what to do. she was trying to cry but could not . I took her to the doctor and he told me that it is due to gas in her stomach. This is the first time it has happened. He gave her colimax.then she was fine during the day, but in evening same thing happened. I do not understand if something needs to be done after breast feeding her. The doctor told me to pat her back for 15 mins. Should we do it while we keep her on our shoulder. Is this the best way. or should we keep her on our lap while her belly rests on our knee and the pat her. please advise what to do

You can do that by putting your baby on your shoulder.
What is the age of your baby?
Does she turn blue during such episodes?
