You should visit a dentist because tooth intrusion( tooth gone inside gum) is associated with a potential risk of damage to the permanent tooth bud.
After thorough clinical and radiographical examination only it can be decided, to reposition the intruded front upper teeth or extraction ,if it is impinging into the developing tooth germ.

as teeth are primary... so not to worry much... just give her pain killer or anti inflammatory for time being...
visit your dentist tomorrow... get an X-ray done... if the apical area of teeth are normal, then leave them as such... they will come out eventually with time...
if apical area shows some kind of abnormality, then she might need RCT of teeth...

I would like to inform you that due to sudden trauma, the tooth is pushed too far.
It is not much of a concern as your daughter is too young,
In such cases, you should see a pedodontist(children's dentist), he /she will apply temporary appliances on her teeth to pull them back in the normal position, this procedure requires a few regular visits to the dentist until the tooth attains a normal position.
As the bleeding has stopped and no swelling is present therefore , you can take your daughter to a dentist whenever it is possible .
But do not delay the appointment,

Welcome to HCM. I hope in the mean time you have visited a dentist. I do not know what he advised to you. The fact is that when a milk tooth gone inside the gum( intruded) as a result of trauma and if the tooth is not moving by mild finger pressure it is advisable to keep the teeth as it is. The milk teeth will re erupt again within few months. Removal of those teeth are advised only if the area become infected. There is a chance of damage to the developing permanent tooth inside in such kind of trauma, But the damage, if any, is already happened and attempting extraction or re-positioning of those teeth will invite further damage to the developing teeth. Hope your dentist has taken an radiograph to determine the position of both, traumatic and permanent tooth and advised you the right approach to handle such situation. Please keep a watch on those teeth. No medicines are required except some paracetamol 250 mg in case of pain. If the teeth does not came out within 4 months,there is little chance that it will re- erupt as in that case the injured teeth got fixed with bone(ankylosis). This condition may prevent proper eruption of permanent teeth. And extraction is required in that case. SO NOW wait and watch for coming 4 - 5 months to see that the teeth are coming out or not. Then consult your dentist again. Thank you.

Trauma to upper teeth is very common in children after accident as those teeth are prominent.

If your daughter is not having any kind of pain, nor there is bleeding or swelling then nothing should be done unless you take her to the dentist except for taking care by avoiding to touch those teeth.

From your description it seems that those teeth are intruded by trauma & even if today there is no swelling, it may appear after 24 hrs.

If swelling appears then apply ice externally.

Antibiotics can be given as a preventive measure but that should be under dentist's guidance.

Your child's teeth has intruded into the socket.

Analgesics along with amoxycillin has to be administered to prevent underlying infection.

Please do visit a dentist as soon as possible,and get the tooth back into normal position.

Apply ligoncaine gel on the affected area.

please do not get panic.If the bleeding has stopped just wipe the area with little warm saline water ,and leave it as it is.

If the child feels any pain you can definitely give her any pain killer syrup as per directed dosage.

This has happened because, in children the bone which holds the teeth are very soft or pliable.Therefore upon application of pressure or trauma,the tooth as a whole is pushed inside or sometimes extruded outside.

please wait and watch within a month or so it will again come back to position.

Meanwhile you can see your dentist,to examine it clinically.

There is nothing to be worried,she will be fine.
