Child Fell On The Ice With Head Being Hit. Vomiting, Diarrhea. Concussion?
Yesterday around 5 pm, my 10 year old son was sliding on a snow/ice hill. He hit a jump that he didn t know was there and went airborne. While off the ground he hit a tree. Our other son saw it happen and said he hit with his head and fell off the sled. When he was found he was on his belly. He did not answer anything right away. He finally moved to get up and stumbled backwards. We can see the marks from the tree on one side of his face. He does not remember hitting the tree. When he woke up this morning, he vomitted and has vomitted three more times. But, he also has diarrhea and we don t think that s a symptom for concussion or anything like that. Can it be a sign? Should he be seen?
