Child Getting Pain In Tailbone, Takes Co-amoxiclav, Not Getting Better. What Can Be Done?

My daughtervhas a pain where her tailbone is. She takes co-amoxiclav 3 times a day and paracetamol and ibprofen 2 times a day. It isnt geting better. She cant sit / sleep without hurting and has had no recent bumps. She is 12 years old and i need answers. Quickly
