Child Has Chronic Diarrhea, Lactose Sensitivity. Treatment?

My nephew 2year old weight now 10kg,was term 2.5kg born,is havingvchronic diarrhea since startedcweaning,got investigations done which shows wheat sensitivity test negative,but anti TTG moderately positive,and lactose sensitivity test positive, blood counts in normal limits except mild lymphopenia..please guide what treatment should be given and what type of diet can be given

You ought to give her both lactose-free diet along with gluten-free diet for Coeliac disease. You have to stop milk and milk-products in his diet and put him on some lactose-free formula milk.
For gluten-free diet, its best to search for gluten-free diet charts available on internet and go strictly by them. Thanks.
