Child Has Cold, Cough, And Blocked Nose. Should I Give Her Gupisone Prednisolone Tab 5mg?
Hello Doctor my question to u is my daughter is 3yrs 7months since 2days she has severe cold cough which is coming continously cough is coming to here and her nose is blocked and i am worried about her as her weight is 11.2KG and also want to know wheher to give her GUPISONE PREDNISOLONE TABLETS 5MG HOW TO GIVE HERE AS SHE HAS WHEEZING . PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.

Your daughter is having rhinitis that is common cold along with upper respiratory tract infection.Gupisone prednisolone is steroid not recommended for this condition.All she needs is antihistiminics ,nasal decongestant and antibiotics.Consult a physician, if you don't have access to child specialist for prescription of thses drugs.
