Hello
Your's baby fever can be due to viral infection. But since it is continuous for last 2 days you need a course of antibiotic and need to rule out malarial parasite. Consult your doctor for better and effective antibiotic. Till you consult your doctor you can give you child spy paracetamol to reduce fever.
Also protect your child for changing weather, cold winds and don't keep her in wet clothes. If fever is high and can not be controlled by paracetamol, you can do cold sponging to reduce fever.
Hope this will help you.
