Child Has Fever, Swollen Tonsils And Sinus. Took Azithromycin. No Change. Recommendation?

My 6 year old daughter has had a fever any where from 101-103.5 Took her to dr 4 days ago, she tested neg for step throat ( using the rapid test) Dr said tonsils look swollen and her nose has sinus pressure. He put her on azithromycin . 4 days later her fever goes up to 102+ at night... Any ideas I m going to take her to her doctor tomorrow

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic,
Continue the medication as advised by your Pediatrician.
For fever, continue Tylenol in prescribed dosage every 6 th hourly depending on the presence of fever.
If there is high grade fever, you can do tepid sponging with lukewarm water.
Give plenty of oral fluids and soft diet to maintain her hydration and nutrition.
Basic evluation may be required like CBP, CUE, Throat sawb, and malarial parasite to know the focus of infection after consulting your doctor.
