Suggest Treatment For Sinus Pain,green Mucous And Swollen Neck Glands
Have had sinus infection for about a month. Originally was accompanied by fever and seriously swollen lymph glands in neck. Took azithromycin for 10 days, but still have sinus pain, green mucous and now neck glands are swollen again such that bending over to pick something off the floor causes pressure and neck pain.

next choice of drug is AUGMENTIN ( amoxicillin 500+ potassium clavulonate 125mg) twice daily for 7 days.
meanwhile get an X-ray of PNS ( paranasal sinuses done) to know the level of infection
