Child Has No Active Parechymal Lesion

my son 5 years old having chest x ray report says
both lung fields do not show any active parenchymal lesion
both costophrenic angles are clear.
both domes of diaphragm are normal.
cardiac shadow is normal in size shape and position.
soft tissues and bony cage is normal
