Child Have Pain In Armpit. Had Ear Pain Earlier And Took Mox Kid And Combilam Syrup. What Medication To Give?

sir my 4 yrs son is having some sort of "ganth" in is armpit. earlier he had a pimple in his ear... So the doctor I consulted gave MOX KID AND COMBIFLAM SYRP . The ear pain is releived now but armpit is paining deadly. Pl. advice what medicine can I give him.. I am continuously giving him the Mox and combiflam... Can I add a 1/2 Ceterzine Hydrocloride 10mg .

Dear friend

1. your baby has large painful solid area in arm pit which is very pain ful . it looks like there is enlargement of sweat gland underlying that area .
2 . you should cleanand wash properly
3. make it dry .
4. for cooling can apply calamine lotion 2 times daily .
5 . continue with combiflame syp as pain is there .
6 . give complete antibotic course of 7 days . than stop antibiotic.
7 . if itching is there than need to give cetrizine. dose of cetrizine is in 4 yr old child is 2.5 mg twice in a day .

8. avoid to go in dry and humid place . maintain proper hygiene .have plenty of water .
